Merced, CA (March 25, 2022) — Boating Industry Magazine’s March/April issue revealed the industry’s top 40 under 40 professionals leading change and blazing trails in all segments of the marine industry, including Centurion & Supreme Boats’ own Daniel Indelicato, VP of Operations and Facilities.

This is the sixth year the magazine has highlighted up and coming stars. Selected from just under 200 nominations, the 40 under 40 represent the future of the industry across all segments.

Daniel Indelicato has been instrumental in facilitating clear communications among the production supervisors at Centurion & Supreme and inspiring a “One team, one goal” attitude that has turned a scattered group into a powerfully united team.

Indelicato approaches his work with the intention of setting an example by working hard to lead change and model the leadership behavior of his mentors.

Among the mentors he cites as most influential to him is Paul Singer, President of Centurion &Supreme Boats, whose style of “servant leadership,” is what he strives to achieve.

Upon learning that Indelicato had been selected, Singer said: “I could not be more proud to see Centurion & Supreme’s own Daniel Indelicato recognized as one of Boating Industry’s 40 under 40! He is certainly a rising star within our company and this recognition is well deserved!”
