The Centurion team learned and networked with other marine industry professionals at the all new dealer week.

Tampa, Florida (December 11, 2019) – This week the Centurion Boats team as well as various Centurion dealers attended the ‘all new’ MRAA Dealer Week. The conference was hosted in Tampa, Florida and started Sunday morning with an interactive field trip to a few local Tampa businesses that are doing an exceptional job providing positive customer experience. The field trip provided many great insights in a hands-on session that allowed dealers to truly understand what business are doing to achieve their customer experience goals.

The conference then kicked off in full Monday morning with an opening keynote from New York Times bestselling author and former Olympic competitor, Vince Poscente. Vince hit the stage and shared his formula for driving behavior change in yourself and your team, the same formula he used to transform himself from recreational skier to Olympic athlete in just four years. When asked about Vince, Liz Walz, MRAA Vice President commented, “The dealers on the MRAA Education Committee raved about Vince. What stood out to them were his unique combination of abilities as both a wildly entertaining storyteller and a highly effective coach. Given what’s happening in the market right now, they saw how powerful it could be to learn new strategies for thriving in fast-changing and often unpredictable conditions.”

From there attendees were given the opportunity to attend a variety of educational sessions and workshops over the next few days as they learned solutions and strategies for various dealer pain points. In one of these sessions CEO of Correct Craft Bill Yeargin presented a 10×10 Topic focused on how to improve results through learning. President of Centurion Boats, Paul Singer, who attended Dealer Week had this to say, “This year’s MRAA Dealer Week provided an incredible opportunity for our dealers to learn, grow, and network. We look forward to seeing how the strategies learned at Dealer Week can translate into success for our dealer network in 2020 and beyond,”
